This pâté is a blend of smoked and poached salmon, enriched with cream, lemon juice and horseradish.
Smoked salmon (salmon (fish), salt) (25%), single cream (milk) (16%), poached salmon (fish) (15%), full fat soft cheese (milk), water, rapeseed oil, crème fraiche (milk), rice starch, lemon juice (3%), cornflour, egg yolk, olive oil, horseradish root, tomato paste, mustard seeds, black pepper, spirit vinegar, salt.

Care has been taken to remove all fish bones, however occasionally a few small bones may remain.
Store refrigerated below 5°C, eat within 2 days of opening and by use by date shown. For use by date see side of pack.
